1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reelfy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reelfy mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Reelfy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.1 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its systems
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App
• Backing up your data stored locally on your device
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App

5. Coin Purchases and Premium Features

Reelfy offers premium features that can be accessed through the purchase of coins within the App.

5.1 Payment

• All coin purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchases
• Payment information is handled exclusively by Apple's payment system

5.2 Refunds

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds except where required by law

5.3 Coin Usage

• Coins can only be used within the Reelfy App
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and the features they unlock
• Unused coins will remain in your account unless your account is terminated

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Reelfy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain with us.

7. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data (User ID and coin information) as described in our Privacy Policy. All your financial data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

7.1 Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up your locally stored data. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur due to device failure, app deletion, or any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelfy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Financial losses resulting from errors in data entry or calculations
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for coin purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time
• Update the App to add new features or fix bugs
• Change the pricing of coins and premium features
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete the App from your device
• Any unused coins will be forfeited
• Locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reelfy regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
