Before contacting support, check if your issue is addressed below:
Solution: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of Reelfy from the App Store.
Solution: Verify that your payment method is valid in your Apple ID settings. If a purchase failed but you were charged, contact Apple Support for refund assistance. Your coins should appear within a few minutes of successful purchase.
Solution: All your financial data is stored locally on your device. If data is missing, ensure you haven't accidentally deleted the app or cleared app data. We recommend regularly backing up your device to iCloud.
Solution: Ensure you have an active internet connection as the AI feature requires connectivity. Check that you have sufficient coins to use premium features. Try describing your expense in a different way.
Solution: Update to the latest version of Reelfy. Clear some storage space on your device if it's running low. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (note: this will delete locally stored data).
Solution: Make sure you're using the correct Apple ID that you used to download the app. If you've switched devices, your locally stored data won't transfer automatically.
